Processing typically takes one business day. During that time, orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund. After the order ships, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders are typically shipped via UPS, however orders may ship via alternate carriers due to size and weight considerations. Currently, shipping is only available to the 50 United States. If you are interested in having an order shipped outside of the United States, please email email@example.com with your address for a custom rate.
Once a shipping label is generated, our system will send an automated email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking information within two business days of placing an order, email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update. Please include your order number in the email.
